It appears that the online store has encountered some teething problems.
Despite thorough testing beforehand, an unexpected and unforeseen issue when processing payments occurred. This meant that orders could not be confirmed, so none were being fulfilled. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch this until after the first orders started.
We’d like to sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and will resolve to fix this as soon as possible. And where applicable, we have compensated for the inconvenience.
